Created and run by Gibbins Quality Meats who are a catering butchers with over 150 years’ expertise in delivering premium fresh Westcountry meat, and associated products to the food industry.
We are a family business and our traditional values and hand cut butchery techniques are complemented by our modern approach to meeting customers’ needs.
The family business was first established in Exeter, Devon in 1860 and today Gibbins Quality meats is owned and managed by the family’s fifth generation butcher, Paul Gibbins.
We pride ourselves on supplying an extensive range of fresh beef, lamb, pork, poultry and game, which is locally sourced (where possible) and fully traceable.
We carefully produce our own burgers in-house and supply a wide selection of our own recipe sausages, and a variety of cooked meats using our family’s recipe.
